Cancellation policy

You can cancel an order for a reviewed assessment or a vulnerability fix package at any time before we start the work, by emailing info@leaguesoftwares.com with your order reference. You receive a full refund.

We agree the scope with you by email before starting. After work has started you can still cancel; we stop work, share anything already completed, and refund the value of the work not done.

Scan credits are prepaid and are not cancelled as such. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, as described in our refund policy. Scheduled scans can be switched off at any time in your account, and no credit is used for scans that do not run.

We may cancel an order and refund it in full if we cannot deliver it, for example if you are not authorised to have the website or code assessed.

Refunds for cancelled orders follow our refund policy and go back to the original payment method.
