OUR SERVICES

Vulnerability fixing and remediation

Knowing about a weakness does not close it. We fix agreed findings in your code and configuration, test the changes and give you a before and after report.

Many teams get a security report and then stall, because nobody has the time or the context to act on it. We are developers as well as reviewers, so we can take findings from our own reports or from another provider and remediate them.

We start by agreeing which issues to fix and how each fix will be verified. Typical work includes removing and rotating exposed secrets, upgrading vulnerable dependencies, replacing unsafe query and command construction, adding security headers and tightening cookie settings.

Changes are made in your repository or delivered as a patch for your team to review. We test the affected behaviour, re-run the relevant checks and document what changed, so your team can maintain it.

Fix work is quoted against an agreed list of issues. Larger changes, such as redesigning authentication or access control, are scoped and quoted separately. Fixing reported issues reduces risk, but no remediation can guarantee that a system is free of vulnerabilities.

Follow-up checks and ongoing maintenance can be agreed once the first fixes are in place.

What we can help with

  • Agreed list of issues to fix
  • Secret removal and rotation guidance
  • Dependency upgrades and unsafe-pattern fixes
  • Testing and re-checks after changes
  • Before and after report
