Payment and refund terms

Prices are in Indian rupees and are charged through Razorpay or Stripe. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

Scan credits: one credit runs one automated deep scan of one verified website, up to 100 pages. Credits do not expire. If a scan cannot be completed, the credit is returned to your account automatically. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase by emailing us.

Reviewed assessment and fix package: after payment we confirm the scope with you before starting. If we have not started work, you can cancel for a full refund. Once work has started, we refund the part of the work that has not been done.

Only order work on websites and code that you own or are authorised to have assessed. Automated scans and reviews reduce risk but cannot guarantee that a system is free of vulnerabilities.
